Pain during the menstruation cycle is caused by the contractions of the uterus, which help the uterus to clean. Orgasm also triggers the contractions of the uterus and thus helps clean the uterus and alleviate the tension caused by the contractions. If we add the effects of orgasm during pregnancy, we find that orgasms are positive always and everywhere; prior to menstruation, during menstruation and during pregnancy.
