Health and sexuality are interdependent

There are several factors that have effect on good sexual life. One of them is also health. Health and well being are important for good sexual life and good sexual life is important for health. Given that there are several ways to have a satisfactory sex life, it is still a mystery to many people. A lot of people believe that their sex life is all right and that they don’t need to improve it, but denial has a negative effect on sex life as well as health.

For well being (in sex life as well), it is important to expand your horizons and constantly improve and upgrade your sex life. Thus, you will enjoy sexual intercourse more and feel better in general. Satisfying sex life keeps you in shape and prolongs your life. You can burn up to 360 calories in an hour of passionate lovemaking. You can preserve a youthful look with the help of sexual intercourse – it will make you look up to ten years younger.

How do you maintain good health with the help of sexual intercourse?

You can enjoy good health with the help of a relaxed sex life, but you can’t achieve that by looking at it in a realistic way. Bad sexual intercourse results from attempts to imitate porn movies, a lack of desire for exploration, a lack of knowledge and understanding of your sexuality.
This means that you will have to change certain habits: that men are always ready to have sexual intercourse; that a large penis is indispensable in sex life; that erections are, without exception, rock hard; that a large amount of semen is an indicator that a man is a real macho and an orgasm is nothing if there’s no fireworks.
The truth is that some men are also under stress or depressed, which means that they aren’t always in a mood for sexual intercourse. Most men have an average sized penis, which is the right size for an average deep vagina. On average, men produce approximately a tee spoon of semen per ejaculation, and how far a distance they eject their semen doesn’t improve sexual intercourse and it doesn’t indicate the quality of their sperm or manhood. You don’t have to put every tip into practice. Sexual intercourse can also damage your health if you take it too seriously.

Effect of masturbation on health

If you don’t have good sexual life, you can at least relax yourself with masturbation. However, masturbation can’t replace “real sexual intercourse” in full. Masturbate without feeling guilty or ashamed because that causes more damage than good. The truth is that people who don’t have sexual intercourse masturbate less often. Sex therefore encourages masturbation in a way. Women, if your partner masturbates despite regular sexual intercourse that doesn’t mean that there’s something wrong with your sex life, but sexual intercourse encourages a need for masturbation. Masturbation is sometimes more relaxing than sexual intercourse because there’s no pressure to be perfect.

Sexual orientation and health

If you don’t accept your sexual orientation, this can have a negative effect on your general well being, let alone the negative effect of forced sexual intercourse with a person of the opposite sex. Denial doesn’t lead to satisfaction and good health, but it destroys you physically as well as psychologically. The more willing you are to accept yourself, the closer you are to good sexual life and, consequently, good well being and health. If you suppress desires for certain sexual practices (for example,) because they’re appropriate for heterosexual people, this can also lead to frustrations and poor well being.

Effect of diseases on sex life

Sexually transmitted diseases have a profound effect on your health and sex life. Protection therefore has double benefit in sex life, that is, peace of mind and health. There are practically no safe forms of sexual intercourse. If one of the partners has a sexually transmitted disease, caution should always be used.
