More Alcohol Means More Sexual Partners
Those young people drink alcohol and are thus tipsy or drunk from time to time have far more sexual partners than teetotalers.
More alcohol means greater risk of STDs. (jlp)
Experts have conducted research indicating that alcohol addiction is closely related to a higher number of sexual partners in young people.
Experts have divided the young in groups according to the amount of alcohol they drink. The first group were teetotalers, the second those who frequently drink alcohol, and the third alcohol addicts.
We should value our health above anything else. (jlp)
Research proved that as the amount of alcohol the young drink increases so does the number of their sexual partners. Among 600 individuals aged from 18 to 25, 45% of them have already had more than 10 sexual partners. The number is not only fairly high for these ages but also very dangerous since changing partners so frequently means the young are more prone to
sexually transmitted diseases.
Alcohol makes our mind a blur.
One of the experts believes universities could contribute more to the awareness of the young by organising lectures on the consequences of sexually transmitted diseases and informing students that alcohol addicts are especially prone to such behavior. Though the lectures may not convince everybody to behave more reasonably, they would surely sober them up for a moment.
