Shopping is better than sex
The latest research revealed that four in ten women would rather go shopping than have sex.
Even more. In this research for First magazine, 37 % of women said they could be happy in a sexless marriage. Half of these women are married for more than 20 years. The same percentage of women said they had sex once or twice a week and only one third of them are unhappy with this fact.
Relationship expert, Anjula Mutanda, had this to say: “Having no sex at all creates distance and resentment. A once loving and tactile relationship becomes the equivalent of living with your brother or sister.”
Well, the wedding night went by quietly for third of the women. Maybe we can find, in this data, the answer to the question of why marriage, as an institution, is loosing its purpose and attraction. A fifth of women between 45 and 55 had been married twice, two-thirds of those went through divorce during the first ten years of their marriage.
Not all the statistics are as grim, so here is some comfort for the male section of our readers – 72 % of women would rate their husband 7 out of 10 on the scale of sexual attractiveness. Which is not bad at all, right?
