Juliet Anderson is a special kind of a woman. She was a breath of fresh air int the porn industry in 1970s, but she had to wait until the nineties to get acknowledgments for her work. As a confident woman who radiated sexual energy, she filmed her first porn movie when she was 39 years old, in the golden age of pornography.
Juliet was born as Judith Carr in California where she spent her early youth tied to her bed because of the bowel disease, but later she traveled the whole world. After her relationship with an American soldier came to an end, she settled in Japan for a short period of time. She taught English for a living and studied Asian art and Japanese literature in her free time. She lived in Mexico, Greece and Finland before she finally settled in the US for a longer period of time.

She made a comeback in front and behind the cameras of porn industry in the middle of nineties. As a porn actress and a producer she shot several movies when she was already 60 years old, but the most well-accepted was the movie Ageless Desire, which received several awards. It is an explicit porn movie showing couples who are over 50 years old, even Juliet Anderson herself and her partner of the time.
