A doctor from the Russian town of Ruzayevka had no unusual cases while working in the hospital, only usual accidents and injuries. But one day the doctor found an injured couple in the emergency room, a 30-year-old men and a 40-year-old woman. After inspecting both patients, he discovered the woman had a brain concussion and the man's penis was covered in blood and tooth marks. And what actually happened?

According to news reports, this couple was reportedly admitted for what was termed a “love injury”, and the story goes something like this:

 

It was one of those innocent nights at the flat. The woman started frying pancakes and the man became aroused – it might have been the warm aroma of fresh pancakes or the movement of her hips when she flipped them... who knows? In any event, in a desire to satisfy sexual lust, the man stepped to his partner and indicated her that he wanted to put his friend into her mouth. The woman stopped making pancakes and dropped to her knees and started performing fellatio. The man was obviously not satisfied by oral sex and he therefore wanted to move the action on a counter. In order to gain space, he started clearing things off the counter, including a hot and heavy cast-iron pan. He accidentally lost his grip on the pan and the pan smacked the partner on the head. She strongly gritted her teeth due to the shock and pain and thus injured the partner’s penis.
