The show’s title was Extreme Hollywood and it featured its hosts “revealing the lifestyles, desires and obsessions that keep celebrities busy and fans clamoring for more.” The second episode, entitled Plastic Surgery, featured three Hollywood celebs (actress Jenny Lee, porn star Tabitha Stevens and singer Cindy Jackson) and the cast from Dr. 90210. Jenny Lee, a.k.a. The Human Barbie Doll went through dozens and dozens of plastic surgeries but doesn’t regret a single one of them. She said that she had always strived for perfection and that many regard her as THE symbol of successful plastic surgery. She had been a guest on Oprah, Larry King Live, Entertainment Tonight and many other shows of similar format. The most drastic surgery she had ever undergone was a full lower body lift, which is a special medical procedure that involves the removal of excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and the lateral and anterior thighs in order to tighten the muscles and the soft tissue of the abdomen, the lower torso and the lower extremities. The procedure could be compared to putting on a pair of nylon stockings. Although the surgery had left Jenny Lee with a huge scar on her body, she swore that she had never ever regretted subjecting herself to the procedure even though she couldn’t feel her lower body for almost an entire year. While on Extreme Hollywood, Jenny Lee also said that she thought her body looked much more fabulous now as when she was 18.

Porn star Tabitha Stevens had subjected herself to 15 plastic surgeries. She describes herself as a plastic surgery junkie and frequently undergoes botox treatments, has frequent collagen injections for her lips, and subjects herself to anal bleaching. During the interview with an Extreme Makeover reporter she told a horrifying story about what had happened to her after she had received cheek implants. Once her left cheek implant moved upwards and popped out right from under her left eye, partially impairing her sight. Luckily for her, the correctional plastic surgery was a success. One of her cheek implant surgeries was also featured on the plastic surgery TV show Dr. 90210.

The last of the three celebrities featured on the Extreme Hollywood episode about plastic surgery was Cindy Jackson, a singer and a writer (Living Doll, Cosmetic Surgery Secrets), who has made it to the Guinness World Records book for having undergone more plastic surgery procedures than anyone in the world, namely 52. Plastic surgeons had mostly operated on her face.

Believe it or not, the same plastic surgery episode of the Extreme Hollywood TV series had also featured a novelty beyond compare in the world of cosmetic enhancement, the so-called G-spot augmentation, said to heighten the sexual pleasure of women. The procedure doesn’t take up much time at all and basically consists of the surgeon injecting the G-spot area inside the vagina with collagen. Although many would flinch even thinking about such an endeavor, it’s unbelievable how many women do this kind of procedure without even batting an eyelid.
