You masturbate when you are young
There is no specific age limitation when to stop masturbating, although many people believe this type of activity should only be done by the young. It is true that in teenage years, when young people begin discovering their body, they masturbate more frequently, however, later this percentage does not change significantly. Researches show that 90% of men and 60-80% of women masturbate until late teenage years, and similar results are produced by researches on masturbation by adults. Yes, seniors also practice such thrills. Research, which included 800 people aged above 60, showed that 46% of them still regularly masturbate, and another research established that 20% of seniors masturbate once or even several times a week.
Masturbation is for men
Although statistics show that men masturbate more frequently than women, this is not a fact, as women usually do not want to talk about it out loud. There are also differences due to various social standards for women. The mentality that women may not or should not enjoy having sexual intercourse is often the reason why women do not dare to, or do not masturbate in their early years, because they feel guilty about it. Fortunately, there is no biological limitation to determine which sex can masturbate and which one cannot masturbate, and for this reason guilt in women is completely unnecessary.
Masturbation is not good for your health
The myth about the harmful effect of masturbation result from ancient history and is not true, which has also been confirmed by science. Masturbation is completely harmless for your health, which to date has been established by doctors as well as other learned people. Moreover, everyday ejaculation in men, for example, improves the quality of sperm.
The people who are in a relationship do not masturbate
Even today a lot of people believe that partners in a relationship do not practice masturbation, because they have the partner with whom they can have sexual intercourse. This, however, is not quite true, as a number of researches show rather the opposite. For example, the research conducted by Kinsey shows that nearly 40% of men and 30% women who are in a relationship masturbate. The research conducted by Playboy shows that, among the man who are married, 72% masturbate, and the research by the Redbook magazine shows that 68% of married women masturbate. It is therefore normal to masturbate when one is in a relationship, and it can help improve sex life, as during masturbation each of the partners can discover what he or she likes best and later uses this in sexual intercourse.
