Summer of Sam, made by Spike Lee in 1999. John Leguizamo and Mira Sorvino play a couple who has serous problems in bed. He sees her as an ice queen and he therefore cheats on her with wilder, more prostitute-like women all the time. They are more "fuckable", if you do not mind the cliché. He only has sex with her when lights are turned off and it does not last very long, as opposed to his mistresses who he pleases in cars and had sex with them in fairly wild and passionate ways.
A lot of men want to have a wild and hot woman, but then they change their minds and start accusing her that she indulges herself too much.
Advice From Prostitute-like Women
Mira Sorvino goes as far as asking one of his mistresses what she should do. How to please her husband in sex. At first, the mistress is surprised and shocked, but then she explains her that the guy just needs more heat and she should work harder. And miserable Mira Sorvino does just that. She suggests him to have sexual intercourse when lights are turned on. She buys sexy tassels and a blonde wig, and she even goes with him to a swinger club. Only because she wants to stay with him as well as keep him satisfied in bed. Unfortunately, it does not work out. He still sees her as his partner. Just a woman who he is unable to treat like his prostitute-like women, which means that he has to make love to her tenderly and romantically in the dark. Moreover, after returning from the swinger club, where she also had sex with other men, he even yells at her and say she acted as a whore.

The paradox is obvious. The guy always wanted prostitute-like women in bed, but once she changed into such a woman, he did not like her because he thought she was enjoying it too much, and she turned into an overly horny and perverted person.
