One night stand has nothing to do with feelings and romantic love, and is all about carnal pleasure. No strings attached. You've probably never seen the person before and you probably won't see them again. All those of you who regularly practice one night stands are familiar with this lesson, but it's good to remind yourself of it time and again. If you jump into bed with complete strangers, never take a risk. Use a condom. Even if a woman claims she takes contraceptive pills and that she's healthy as she can be, or that you're the only person she will sleep with without a 
condom, is a one night stand really worth taking such a great risk? Condoms are very cheap, but they effectively protect you from all sexually transmitted diseases. They also ensure that you don't transmit any diseases yourself, as you can be dangerous to your lover's health in this respect without even being aware of it. So using a condom should be a rule here. Even though you use it without exceptions, you should still test yourself for sexually transmitted diseases from time to time.

Go to her place
A one night stand usually isn't an activity that you plan in advance, at least not in detail. This is the reason why your apartment usually looks messy, resembling a mine field with dirty socks and shirts lying all over the place, when you're ready to have a one night stand. You also haven't changed the sheets on your bed for a month, right? It's thus a good idea to invite yourself over to her place. Unless you're very unlucky, her apartment will be much more tidy and cosy than yours. It will also be easier for you to leave sooner than you've planned, should something happen. As you know, it's very difficult (and rude!) to simply turn a woman out.
Be direct and straightforward
Sexual intercourse in a long-term, serious relationship can be very sensual and can go on without words, because the partners know each other well and thus know what turns them on and brings them pleasure. With one night stands, this isn't the case, and that's why you'll have to explicitly, verbally, express your wishes and fantasies if you want sex to be really good. Be direct. By talking openly, you two should find activities that you both very much enjoy in bed.

It isn't only that it isn't gentlemanly, it's absolutely loathsome if you boast about your night adventures in front of all of your friends and acquaintances, sharing with them the juiciest details that involve a particular woman. You never know whether you'll meet this woman again and in what circumstances, and you also don't want to get a bad reputation that will scare women away from you, do you?
Although a one night stand excludes emotional involvement, don't leave your sexual partner's bed immediately after you've finished having sex.
Even if she wants to meet you again and you don't want to meet her, put this gently. Behave like an adult and show some respect. Your one time lover deserves it - not because she slept with you, but because she's a human being.
