A research funded by Rochester University showed that red accentuates female attractiveness and that men would spend more money on women in red than on other women. Red supposedly makes us think of ovulation, fertility, genitals and is also associated with romantic feelings, sexuality, the heart, love, the erotic, passion and Valentine’s Day. The American research showed that men are more easily impressed by red dresses. They were shown pictures of women wearing clothes of various colours. They were supposed to imagine taking them out on a date. The rule was that they have 100 dollars in their pocket. When they were asked how much money they would spend on a woman, the red dress got the highest amounts. There was also not a lot of consideration required to answer the question: “Which woman makes you think about sexual intercourse right away?” Red was again dominant.
What can women accentuate with red colour?
Seeing as red gives you a bit of an edge when it comes to seduction, here are a few tips on what part of your body you can decorate with this seductive colour. Fiery red hair colour is definitely what some men quickly notice. Red lipstick accentuates the lips as well. Red clothes go well with blondes and women with dark hair, so you can never go wrong with choosing the right shade of red. If this colour seems a bit too conspicuous and you prefer black clothes, you can spice up your dark clothes with a red scarf around your neck, red jewellery or red shoes.
Fashion experts and sexologists are in favour of women having something red in their wardrobe because that is the only way they can taste the effects this colour has.
