Time of nymphomania

Val is a French woman who is well situated. She lives and works in Spain. The 29 year-old young woman enjoys sexuality and does it wherever she can and with any person who’s willing to give her his cock. We are already surprised in the first few chapters of the book by the goal of the heroine. She says she wants to give 4,000 feet worth of blowjobs and works out that that would mean blowing 10,000 penises, if the average length was about 5 inches She has sex for pleasure, not for money. Because she has opportunities to do it everywhere, we sometimes find some events in the book banal and unrealistic, but our nympho doesn’t care what we think and doesn’t care what people in the park, street, public toilet or cemetery, who almost witness her carefree sex, think.

Mother and love

She’s most attached to her grandmother. Her grandmother trusts her that she was a virgin when she married her grandfather, but she also admits that she wants to turn back time so that she could have sex with the whole world. She’s the only person Val trusts about her sexual experiences, until their relationship is ended by fate. The nympho, despite her love of sex without emotions and obligations, still falls head over heels, which has lasting effects on her life. Love brings out feelings in her that she thought didn’t exist. Thanks to them, she turns into a mothering woman and almost a housewife, which robs her of her free nymphomaniac nature. Every tenderness in quickly taken away from her, so she becomes psychologically unstable very fast.

The height of perversion

The height of perversion is the event at the cemetery, when Val is surprisingly handled by two strangers in the dark. They are two stinky, horny undertakers with bulging trousers. They see the heroine as an opportunity to relieve themselves and use her as the object of their wanking until she’s covered by their sperm. When they knock her on the floor, one of them quickly covers her with warm bodily fluid, while the other puts a penis in her mouth and ejaculates in a matter of seconds.

Why is it hard to believe the title of the book?

Despite the promising title, the confession contains very little nymphomania. Sex isn’t presented as pleasure, but a means to please a man. The sexuality is quickly forgotten and the story turns into a depressing tale of a desperate and naive girl. In the end, intercourse even becomes an obligation and torture. Our Val is disgusted by prostitutes and her biggest fear is becoming one herself one day. The story doesn’t contain saucy and genuine sexual confessions, but instead we get the desire for real love and a kind of fashion show. Expectant readers will be disappointed when they are surrounded by a world of fashion labels and a world of a business woman, instead of a world of horny French crotches. Not only does the authoress avoid using saucy words, she also avoids detailed descriptions of intercourse. Just when it’s supposed to happen, the writing stops and Val wakes up to another morning.

Comparison to the novel The Sexual Life of Catherine M.

Novel Opens internal link in current windowThe Sexual Life of Catherine M. definitely contains more sex and more erotic climactic moments. Even though the stories both end at about the same point, they get to that point in two very different ways. Diary of a Nymphomaniac is missing the things that Catherine has. You could easily exchange the titles of the two books. While Catherine uses many more saucy terms, genuine descriptions of events, perversion and sex, Nymphomaniac avoids these things. In this book, we are even surprised when the term “banging” is used, so the author could take some advice from Catherine in order to be worthy of the title. Anyway, the confession is forgiven in the end, when the authoress admits that she wrote the book for herself and that it’s a selfish act.
