1. Fact that every woman should know: Men are more sensitive than you think
Most women do not believe this, but statistically speaking, it is much more difficult for men to face the 
end of relationship. It is harder for men to deal with negative feelings and they create a shell which protects them from further wounds. Women should know that they open up only when they feel completely safe and not when someone orders them to. So when does a man feel completely safe? When a woman completely understands him. That does not mean that she has to always agree with him, but it is important that his opinion counts. If a man completely opens up to a woman, he is afraid that she will start to order him around.
It is scientifically proven that women are better speakers than men and most men are aware of this fact, so they often feel incompetent in a conversation. Do not force a man to verbally compete with you but help him by listening and understanding.
2. Fact that every woman should know: Men are not obsessed with their looks
Women should know that men are not obsessed with how they look. Even if they are the more visual types, their sense of beauty is not as strong. Men see the whole, while women notice every little detail. On the other hand they are more prone to follow others. If most of their friends think that a certain woman is beautiful they will think so themselves, too.

They need signs that you find them attractive before approaching you. That's also a reason why men often approach the wrong women. Women who are full of confidence and see themselves as very attractive send such signals subconsciously and that's why a lot of men gather around them. Women should know that men do not approach them because they are beautiful but because they have received their signals.
That's why a lot of men are attracted to hostesses and waitresses. These women are paid to be nice to their guests (especially men). They give a signal to each man that they want him there and desire him in their company. Outside the workplace such women are not approached by men so often, because they do not show so many sign of interest in their free time. So if you want to send a signal to a man you do not have to approach him. You should know that men a born hunters so leave it to them. All it takes is a signal.
