What is pederasty?

Pederasty is the term which refers to the intimate relationship between an adult man and an adolescent boy. The boy represents the object of love, the loved one, and the man represents the person who adores him, teaches him, shows him affection, and familiarises him with sexual thrills. Love for boys was more esteemed compared to love for women, and old men enjoying it experienced quite the traumas if they were turned down by the most handsome boy. I would like to draw attention to the fact that this phenomenon is not synonymous with paedophilia, although not everyone would agree with me.
