Why does the 'swollen testicles' syndrome appear?
The pain and the feeling of swollen testicles appear after a long-lasting erection if there is no semen ejaculation. It usually happens when we are surprised during the act and the erection quickly subsides, the testicles become tense, then painful. The pain is similar to the one after being kicked. The pain soon disappears and should not present a threat to health.
This however does not mean that two or more hours of unbearable pain is pleasant. In such moments guys beg their partners to pleasure them. It is advisable that women satisfy their partners, even if it is only a hand job. The guys just need to let it out and they will be very grateful for your help.
The level of the pain differs with each man, but they all feel a slight tension. The pain supposedly comes when the semen fluid gets stuck on the way from the testicles to the urethra, thus the feeling of 'swollen testicles'. More attention should be paid to this matter.
