8 Worst Orgasms in Movies + VIDEOS

We have seen many bad simulations of orgasms in movies and most of them was more annoying than funny...

1. Meg Ryan's fake orgasm in When Harry Met Sally

Some would call this scene the most legendary orgasm in movie history, but we cannot agree. For us it is one of the worst orgasm scenes in a movie. The problem is not so much that it reminds men that women do fake orgasms from time to time or that the scene has been shown over and over again for the last twenty years. It was not fun or convincing in the first place. Meg Ryan is simply too theatrical and besides, it is a public humiliation, and if we were in Billy Crystal shoes we would immediately stand up and walk away from the table.

2. Adam Campbell and his over the top orgasm parody in Date Movie

After two decades of instant repetition and parodies of When Harry Met Sally, Date Movie creators decided it's time for another parody of the famous fake orgasm scene. This time they went over all boundaries of good taste and that's why the scene is among the worst orgasm scenes. The scene with Meg Ryan was at least fresh and new at the time, but all the rest which followed later is only ridicilous.

3. Shannyn Sossamon's orgasm with an orchid in 40 Days and 40 Nights

Josh Hartnett must have supernatural powers to be able to bring his co-actress Shannyn Sossamonto to an orgasm without even touching her. Touching her with an orchid and blowing, which is not even in accordance with sexual abstinence on which the movie is based, are not very convincing. Maybe something else was happening down there which is not seen on camera? Orgasm with the help of an orchid has every right to appear on the list of worst orgasms in movies. 

4. Elizabeth Berkeley overdid it in Showgirls 

This orgasm scene is known as one of the worst ever since it came out. Elizabeth Berkley looks like she is imitating a dying fish while she is supposedly reaching an orgasm. Maybe this orgasm scene could be perceived as one of the funniest? Most people still agree that they wouldn't want to see Elizabeth in a pool or under a waterfall again.

5. Eric Bana and his unusual face mimics in Munich

The scene is supposed to be shocking but in a different sense that most viewers perceived it. The biggest shock is definitely the fact that Steven Spielberg interrupted something as cliche as a sex scene with a flashback. The scene could be very effective if we didn't get to see the face expression of Eric Bana when he reaches an orgasm.                                 

6. Brad Pitt failed to satisfy Geena Davis in Thelma & Louise

This is the first movie with Brad Pitt who tempted the veteran Geena Davis into his bed. Of course only in a movie and not real life. Their sexual encounter and especially her unconvincing orgasm didn't lead only to criminal and precipice in the end, but also on our list of the worst orgasms in movies.

7. Keri Lynn Pratt's orgasm in a saddle in the Cruel Intentions sequel

Amy Adams gives instructions on how to ride horses to Keri Lynn Pratt and the latter then reaches an orgasm while riding, but it is so unconvincing that it can be easily put on our list of the worst orgasms in movies. It is also disturbing that she's not aware of what is actually happening and the adults around her are not even slightly bothered by the inappropriate situation.

8. Kim Cattrall's moaning in the movie Porky's 

There's a reason why Kim Catrall's character in this movie is Lassie. Not because she looks like one but because she makes dog noises during intercourse. Despite the fact that it looks funny at first, the actress looks rather unconvincing. Even if you come to terms with the fact that a woman can actually make sounds like this, you still have to confess it is very unattractive. It lasts for too long and it turns from funny to annoying.
