Did You Ever Wonder Why Good Girls Like Bad Boys?
Are you kind, charming and peaceful, and you still can't get a one-night stand? Would you like to know why good girls like bad boys?
Why good girls love bad boys?
A new study has established that good girls simply cannot resist bad boys.
An American psychologist, Dr. Peter Jonason, revealed the mystery of why good girls fall for bad boys, at the annual meeting titled Human Behavior and Evolution Society in Kyoto, Japan.
Jonason’s research shows that narcissistic, psychopathic, Machiavellian men have more exciting sex life than their gentlemanly rivals. Jonason made a parallel comparison of a typical bad boy and James Bond.
Researchers discovered that the dark side of the bad boy, or James Bond, reveals why these men have so many women as well as children. Women are to blame that the species of 'bad boy' men has not died out yet because they love to have them in their arms and between their legs, although in general they are aware of their destructive consequences.
Men with bad traits in their character have bigger success with women due to these traits. Such men are narcissistic, manipulative, impulsive, charming, energetic, clever, persistent, as well as explorers, swindlers and seducers.
A study confirmed that good girls really do like bad boys
Dr. Peter Jonason, from the University in New Mexico State, reached his conclusions on the basis of a study where he tried to detect bad personality traits in 200 students that participated in the study. The James Bonds with these otherwise unpleasant character traits proved to be much more successful in getting women. The number of women with whom they had sexual encounters is significantly higher than the number of sexual partners of 'normal' men. They also have more children, but they do not take care of them. What else could you expect.
In Kyoto, an American scientist, Dr. David Schmitt from Bradley University in Illinois confirmed the Jonason’s theory with his own findings. His study included 35,000 people from 57 countries. Schmitt found a link between the bad boys and the reproductive success of men. ''It is universal across cultures that high 'dark traits' scorers are more active in short-term mating. They are more likely to try and steal other people’s partners for a brief affair,'' said David Schmitt.
